Goals for the Project
French Instructor John Nassichuk wanted to improve engagement in his online course by offering a video lecture component.
How Did We Achieve the Project Goals?
Originally, John intended to film a series of hour-long lectures. However, because of the nature of online learning, we decided on a limit of twenty minutes to half an hour. There are 10 videos in the lecture series, filmed one day each week over five weeks.
We used the production cart for these videos, which allowed us to produce the videos with minimal post-production editing. John Provided powerpoint slides, and we used live keying with our greenscreen in order to make it appear as though he was in front of the slides.
